Beautiful home. But, I highly doubt you can get that home insured and if you do get insured at quadruple the rates, good luck getting paid out. And each hurricane that comes through the insurance industry is only going to get worse and don't hold your breath if you think DeSantis is going to do anything about it. It's strange that with all of these florida real-estate channels nobody is mentioning this fact.

Put 24 sheets of 3/4 ply in the attic over the mechanicals thru the trusses for a catwalk in July. 120° plus.
Design Source cut that entire roof system off that approximately 5000+ square foot house.
It is built to 180 mph code
