Well, if Yale students don’t believe in the first amendment, the Constitution, why would you want them on your staff?

Heckler's veto is not protected speech. This whole interview missed the point. The guy being interviewed would be one of the heckler types in the audience.

Hey why don’t the same judges say something about that cringe in trumps trial. ?? Are they in agreement with his behavior? Are they willing to do the same thing, silencing the defendant, not allowing crucial defense wittinesses? Of simply allowing the case to continue without merit ?

It was the Avalon Project website where I learned that Congress has surrendered ALL public offices to the U.N. in 1951. That's placed all our public officials under the International Law known as UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE aka The Law Merchant aka Maritime-Admiralty, which includes Pirate laws.

If they're not in support of the Constitution, they're not qualified to be a judge.

As JUDGES, they need to REMEMBER they are held to different standards and REGULATIONS, as public servants PAID by taxpayer dollars. So, be smart. This is NOT a competition. If they want to compete with these private businesses, then VACATE the bench. It's just reckless conduct to play some political game, when the focus should be on adjudicating cases. It's actions like these that make me lose faith in the JUSTICE system. Private business is one thing. The justice system is ANOTHER.
