Top tip for my natural peanut butter lovers: pour your new jar/tub of peanut butter into your stand mixer and mix (with paddle attachment) on low until oil has combined with PB... then turn the mixer up to med and mix for 3-5 mins. Pour back into jar/tub and you'll never have to mix it again. Magic

Just made this for Father's day because my step dad loves peanut butter. It was great! I think it would work amazingly with some jelly swirled in the frosting at the end! The frosting tasted like nutter butters which I love!! Thank you for teaching me how to bake!

Made this cake yesterday and it is indeed amazing. I cut the recipe in half and baked it in a 8x8 pan as it is only the 2 of us. Really easy and the frosting is addicting. Thanks!!

Great recipe: if you love peanut butter you’ll love it. I’ve made it twice, once as is, the second time with a half cup (48 grams) of cocoa powder added to the frosting. My wife and I liked it more with the cocoa powder, though both were great!

John, when using the flip top bottles they open very easy if you simply pull the knuckles on the sides. My home brewing son in law showed me that trick.
