Perry and Taylor county are poor. Many don’t have the means nor transportation to get there. Florida needs to do a better job at having the resources to keep people and pets safe.

The panhandle is the least populated part of florida. Actually it doesn't even resemble florida it more resembles alabama. Between the florida panhandle and Miami it might as well be a different country with how different both places are.
