Love that this became a meme! Thank you for this video! Just to clarify there are two of us on the channel, me and my best friend etch, etch actually wrote the woody song, we post two videos each week alternating, and every year for Halloween we do a song everyday, it’s a lot of prep and this years theme was cursed characters and fnaf, if you go back further on the channel you will probably find some more ‘normal songs’ but if you prefer the memeable songs then we do plan on making some more woody remixes, I made an avengers one yesterday. I also have a cursed peter griffin coming up which should be fun

I think what really sells this is the fact that woody didnt respond with something quippy like "shut up buzz or ill send you to infinity" it just jumped to straight edge with no thematic or theatic intent other than murder

Can't get over the fact woody really rhymed "I'll kill you" with "I'm gonna kill you". Also, I love how with Buzz, Andy, and Bo, Woody only really threatens to kill them, but he's 100% certain that he will be killing Slinky for pretty much no reason. This is extremely terrifying. What makes it worse is that its all the characters that you know and love.

I know this is supposed to be a joke song but I can't help think about how uncanny this all is. Every time I listen to this and the original song I get goosebumps and that spine-tingling feel. It hurts to imagine Woody going on a murder spree on some of his beloved friends that we all know and love. It's so unsettling and I can't help but fear that woody might get me in my sleep as well. That just proves that this is a wonderful piece of modern-day horror and its a twist on the regular murder stories we all are familiar with.
