Mine lasts a week and is super heavy for at least 3 days 😭😭
I don't get cramps too often though so thats something but I always get headaches too

I get a 9 day period and its really heavy on the first 3 days and i get every PMS symptom really bad even when I'm not on my period! I especially get really bad cramps!

My periods normally last 3 days. The first day is light, second day is very heavy and the third day is very light. Painful as hell. I can't even get out of bed on the first day.

that’s the same with somebody I know(Tatyana aka ex best friend)she got hers for like 3 days with light flow she could literally wear an size 1 pad for 6 house and not have to worry abt bleeding though.but she did have bad craps

People who have periods like that are lucky asf. Mine last for 5-6 days depending on the flow which is mostly heavy. The only thing good is that i don't get cramps at all.

YALL I’m 13 and I just went to the beach 2 months ago FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER (it’s always been my dream to go* and the day we were going to swim I GOT MY PERIOD. I’m not even joking a cried so hard, I still went swimming in the ocean but I cried

Mine is and has always been 2-5 days
Very light 1-2 days bleeding then 1-3 days of spotting
No cramps up until last year when i was 23 and it was due to loosing my virginity
And the cramps tbh are not really an issue at all
Never really used pads what i used was toilet paper up until this year when i swapped to small towels
I heard there was things in pads and tampons that makes your period worse so maybe thats why

mine is 11 days and heavy every single day! so great!!! (sarcasm) but I also don’t get cramps often so it’s not that bad
