Hi Wendy, if your hubby don’t like a lot of greens there’s a drink called. I think it’s bloom. It taste really good and you drink one glass of that day and it helps your gut health and it helps you with bloating. It also gives you greens for the day.

Hello beautiful Miss Wendy?, my daughters boy friend is on a Keto diet. They eat out alot so I haven't cooked anything for him yet. My meals are usually a meat veggies and some sort of a starch like noodles, rice or potatoes. Thanks for sharing your haul 😊
