Yes! These are simple things that make ALL the difference! Image is SO important, esp. for confidence! I'm defo buying some of these brands as I've tried a few but now I know which to choose! Some of these - like lashes actually save time too as mascara can take ages to even out on both sides + can't match the finished look of lashes. Teeth strips + foam tanner is fairly quick too but so transformative. Thanks for sharing 💓💓💓 I agree about supplements too, I use perfectil + will take them forever as it literally makes one look visibly better from the inside!

Affordable Skincare:Cerave, Cetaphil, Pacifica, The Ordinary, The Inkey List, Good Molecules, Neutrogena (gentle daily cleanser is amazing)
Hair Care: Pantene (white and gold bottle is my go to), Tresemme, Cream of Nature (Sulfate free shampoo is amazing especially for naturals), Giovanni shampoo and conditioner
Vitamins: One A Day Women’s Multivitamin (pill or gummies), Health By Habit, Nature’s Bounty Hair, Skin and Nails
Affordable clothes: Thrift store, Walmart, Shein (if you must, not really my favorite), Forever 21, H&M (this one is in the middle)

At first I questioned the tanning but then I realized I definitely do the same thing in the summer and let myself get nice, smoother darker complexion 😂 Exfoliating helps if you go with the natural sun exposure route. You're killing it girl! 👏

Me taking my daily supplements was clearly the reason why my bf and I broke up..
He would get so mad at me because he said I was putting unnatural things on my body and that the kids we’d have would be handicaped because of it. It went to a point we were fighting because of that fiscussion 😂😂 I left his ass because i’ll never understand his way of thinking.
