We have similar shite "Learning & Developement" workshops in the Health Department.... And everyone is rooting everyone in the Health Dept😅

Our staff were called to a government funded B/S certificate warehouse training meeting.
Ended up being a factory shut down meeting. The whole factory staff were there.
I was sat next to 2 asian ladies who did not understand very much about what was going on. I was translating when a senoir staff member called me out.
I stood and asked for interpreters and walked.
No, I repeat no consequences to me. Also 4 others walked as this whole exercise was a money grab for the company running the certicate program and the company we worked for.
To top it off half the people who attained the certificate did not even work in the warehouse.
This tax payer funded rubbish should be called out all over the world.
