Very dangerous situation, but I am more worried about children, as their studies are only on gadgets, literally stuck to them, under stress to get more and be ahead.😢

"I have personally been managing Supraventricular Tachycardia (SVT), anxity issues and I can attest to the profound impact that regular exercise, particularly daily jogging, has had on my health. Since committing to a consistent jogging routine last year, I haven't missed a single day, and the improvement in my well-being has been remarkable. This experience underscores the critical role that exercise plays in maintaining good health, especially for those of us in sedentary professions like software development." Stay healthy with doing excercise❤❤❤❤😊

In the language of iits and coaching centres this is nothing but 'hard work ' or 'being consistent ' and ' the only way to gain succes' and this practice is being glorified - some topper studied 10 hours ..other studies 12...

Hi doctor… I’m a 17 years old girl..too much addicted to sugar and sugary food… have digestive issues… last year I had hepatitis A .. recovered from that but since then I’m not feeling good.. having stomach pain most of the time in the upper abdomen..yesterday diagnosed with function dyspepsia.. always need a pantocid DSR to not feel nauseous.. suffering from mental health issues…not able to concentrate on studies.. studying for my neet ug exam..usually I was good in studies and still a mediocre student but due to many family problems I’m clinically depressed … not able to change my routine… not able to think how to improve my health.. I’m scared what if I get diagnosed with pcod or pcos..most of the times I feel my body pulsating even when I’m resting… is it a serious condition.. in my medical reports.. my vitamin B12 and iron is low and just LDL cholesterol levels are a bit high otherwise everything is okay… I feel nauseous when I smell fruits.. I can eat vegetables but vomit whenever I eat fruits… how can I improve… am I gonna be fine?

Thats why I have only 1000 calories a day, so as to not toput my heart at risk and also prevent obesity. Also make sure to sneak in 15-20 minutes of HIIT workouts in every alternate day.
