Ben Savage & Danielle Fishel Sign On For "Girl Meets World"

It's official -- Cory and Topanga are returning to TV in the upcoming Boy Meets World sequel series, Girl Meets World. Will any other John Adams High alumni come with them?!

Cory and Topanga are returning to TV! But will they bring Shawn and the gang with them?! It was announced yesterday that Ben Savage and Danielle Fishel are officially reprising their roles in Disney's upcoming Boy Meets World sequel series, Girl Meets World, and now fans are wondering which other John Adams High alumni might be returning as well. Danielle Fishel took to her blog reveal that many other Boy Meets World castmates were involved in the initial discussions for the sequel, and hinted that they may pop up in the new series. "I have known (show creator) Michael Jacobs, Ben Savage, Rider Strong, Will Friedle, and Bill Daniels for 19 years," she writes, "I know we share many of the same feelings regarding the 7 wonderful years we spent making BMW." So, during the college years of BMW, there were some incidents when Rachel was kind of...objectified. I. E. there was an episode where Cory & Shawn went through her underwear drawer & she was really the only one who was upset by it. Even after Topanga & Angela took away Corey/Shawn's keys to the apartment, Corey & Shawn looked through the peep hole during the end scene. How is such objectification justifiable?
