On Aug. 15, 2023, KULT News visited Circleville, OH, home of “The Greatest Free Show On Earth,” the great Annual Circleville Pumpkin Festival.

We had such a good time in Circleville we had to cut the audit into 2 separate videos. You’re watching PART 2 now.

While in Circleville, we aimed our cameras at some local businesses and saw a stark difference between the behavior of a small business owner and those of a business where the actual “owner” is a large corporation.

In PART 1 we saw Circleville Police Officer Ryan Mays seemingly attempt to placate everyone while pleasing no one. This is one cop who seems to think that exercising our right to a free press is “very, very weird” and “unfortunate.”
