im not joking, i was introduced to your channel about a week ago, and that was near about the time i was moving to my new apartment. i kid you not, when my parents asked me how you're gonna decorate that place, i literally was like im gonna fill it up with terrariums ! and then your IKEA terrarium video came in SO handy ! thank you so much ! its an absolute work to maintain these but something about staring at this mini life taking form in front of you is my favourite thing to do in the morning!

My gran had one and she used to tell us it was a hundred years old. Not sure if it was that old cos over the years it was always 100 years old lol. She donated it to a local school many years ago and I believe it's still going strong!

Just imagine after 63 years( I will be 83 then) everything you wanted in your life has been done, somethings achieved, somethings forgotten but everything is good and an old guys video just pops up in your feed and it takes you back to this exact same moment you saw this video...damn it would make me cry😅😊

They were very fashionable a few years back.
Also open terrariums were in the mix too, but home fashions move on and I've not seen either in a home for decades.
My passion at the moment is for orchids, I've just learned how to grow them hydroponically and they're thriving, flowering and happy.
I'm going to plant a terrarium, I love tradescantia but don't have one at present.
I'll get a cutting from somewhere and grow it on.
