One time my family was watching rio and I wanted to show them something, but they wouldn't let me. I was mad and sad so I just packed up my stuff (aka some stuffed toys) and left. My family went outside and I was already walking down the street. They called for me to come back but i just yelled from halfway across the street "IF YOU REALLY WANT ME BACK, COME GET ME YOURSELF!!!" Eventually my brother just came and dragged me back.

I had suffered severe depression during Covid and desperate for contact. I met three people close to my age who were able to convince me that I hated my family and to run away to a different country. I almost did. I still don’t like my family much for different reasons but I still love them.

I ran away from school three times becuase I simply couldn’t deal with their shit anymore

(TRIGGER WARNING HERE) It was two week before my birthday. Like exactly two weeks. I cut my hair that morning with a razor in the shower that morning cuz I was tired of long hair. I spent most of the day out w/ one of my friends as to avoid having my great mood absolutely ruined by my grandma and mom. That night I was wearing a beanie as to hide my hair cuz I knew they'd make a big deal out of it. When I finally revealed it my mom looked like she wanted to disown me right there and my grandma fliped her lid. Btw, my grandma is head of that household that I now no longer live in. So she kept going acting like I just killed all the goats in our backyard brutally instead of just a hair cut. She finally told me that I'm just like my uncle, who molested me as a child and is in jail for it, and told me I'd end up in jail for the same or another reason. Keep in mind all of this was over HAIR! I finally stood up and yelled at her "I draw the line at being compared to THAT MAN." And she replied with "You can yell all you want" and looked to almost start to say something else. Btw my mom can hear everything that's going on and didn't even stand up to me despite knowing what my uncle did, my grandma knew to and still said that. So I stormed out of the house before I punched a 47 year old woman and went all the way to my best friends house and stayed there til midnight. My mom as I walked away yelled at me to come back but I just continued leaving. I returned about 12:30am and didn't look at me mom or grandmother. My mom didn't talk to me or look in my detection for almost 4 days and my grandma acted like nothing happened

It’s funny I always assume the storyteller is male so whenever I hear stuff like “27 married and pregnant” it really catches me off guard
