Hi there I use Dorico on the iPad and I wanted to know how to turn a D sharp into a E flat, is it possible to do that, if so how do I do it? Thanks

I don't seem to be able to make the software do anything remotely musically related. I can run the Activation Manager and the Steinberg Library Manager. I can sign in and out. But I can't get any music notation or any music related options on the screen. I followed the video as best as I could, even though it goes pretty fast through what I assume are critical steps. Any ideas?
