There’s a guy who’s solo operator in my area, he only does coatings.

He has a professional photographer come out, after ever coating and they do a 1 minute video along with some photos!

They look absolutely incredible, and he gets insane traffic from it!

Get some ‘compliment slips’ printed with a QR code on them. Give them to every client. that QR code should link directly to your ‘leave a review’ form.
All the client needs to do is scan your code with their phone and type a review.

Make it as painless as possible for them and you shall receive 😮

The only issue with a car washing business is that it’s not easily scaleable unless you’re hiring more people. There’s only one you. There are only so many hours in the day.
