Perfect advice. I work a full time job and run 3 Etsy Shops. My day job takes so much of my time that I end up overwhelmed with ideas after work and end up getting none of them done. I love the idea of making a job description!

That’s such a great assessment (of how industries are imagined vs. reality). I’m also someone who wants to do many things, but the great thing is that ideas, projects, careers can be spread out across different stages of life, e.g focusing on one thing for the next 5 years but then starting something different after that. Life will be long for the majority of us in this generation and there is time to pursue multiple things :)
