For anybody having trouble zeroing the rattler. I had very little trouble getting on target at 50 but at 100 my scope was making huge corrections per click. Zero out your values when you go to 100 yards from 50 and save. Then go back into reticle and re-enter whatever numbers you just zeroed out. For what ever reason your bullet impacts will stabilize and begin moving in smaller 1 inch or so increments like they should be. Don’t ask me why but I was told to do this by AGM customer service and it worked. Also do no not leave the reticle screen while you are zeroing. Do all of your sighting In adjustments from there and save when your finished! Also given this tip, if you are using 123 batteries in your scope they must be in the 1500 to 1600 mah rating. If not you can get some weird behaviors from the various functions of your scope including the shutting down on recoil. Hope this helps somebody

why not put a 2nd HotHands over your first group...line up reticle on aimpoint in your rest...then adjust reticle to the 2nd point of impact? Just get small HotHands..fold in half and staple with the ends together...reduces footprint. Poor mans Auto-Zero.

I just picked up a Diamondback DB10 with a AGM TS19-256 Thermal and I can't wait to take it out and try it on some pigs. But being a disabled vet it is a little bit differcult for me to get out and find a place here in East Texas that I can hunt. Thanks for the video.

Can you post an in depth review of how to sight this in. Videos of the menu, how to save...etc. I’m not happy with my ts35. Can’t get on target or adjust it at all. Their customer service is trash.

So confused. Do you go to boresighting or trajectory correction? Mine won’t save anything. And I can’t adjust up.

Set up a target u can see if it's a bolt gin line up the barrel with bolt out lock the rifle down on stock and shoot at point of aim with rifle lock down on stock put a point impact target over impact move your cross hairs to the impact from first point aim and Dave it then shoot there is your zero and write the numbers down and set the x and y the same all reticles so u can switch and be on zero

Okay, first off, new to scopes in general, let alone Thermals. I am totally lost with all this x, y stuff. What happened to clicks left/right and/or clicks up/down. Meaning windage and elevation? Totally lost. Can anyone explain this is beginner terms? Manual is not much help. Thank you

Round 2 for me today.
I shot 5 times, they’re in same spots.
Trajectory couldn’t move sight for me.
What I did is go to Reticle, and found out that’s X and Y are wrong. Idk why AGM did that to us?? No wonder they had too many crybabies called their service. I never call anyone for help, I figured it out myself.
Anyway, I changed those X and Y to zero 0. I shot it, it’s not in same old 5 other spots anymore, it hit on target board, it’s not prefect bullseye yet.
Take a pic of it from your phone, and change a little.
Although they said left to left, right to right, and up to up and down to down were all wrong.
Left button is to sight right, right button is to left sight, up button is to down sight and down button is to go sight up.
Now you’ll get perfect bullseye 🎯 on Reticle 1 is at 30 meters and saved that.
Try reticle 2 at 50 meters to get perfect bullseyes 🎯 and saved that.
Try reticle 3 at 100 meters to get perfect target 🎯 and saved that.
Repeat again on reticle 4 and 5 for farther more if you want to.
I still don’t get it on Trajectory correction, ignore that.
Enjoy 😉 👍🏻

It would be a much better video if you actually showed us HOW to change the X & Y axis.

Hey Boss....I got a Thermal TS35 and it works pretty well. I still don't have it sighted in, got it close but still 1" low - 1" to the right. I'll get there sooner or later.
Quick Questions:
1) Does this have a way to hook up an External Battery Supply??? And if so what is the Part number ?
2) What type of Thermal Monocular do you suggest (in order save Battery Power on the Scope)

Any help will be greatly appreciated

Im having some troubles with my rattler scope.

There seems to be two methods of recording videos and pics.
1. the scope directly saves them to internal memory.
2. You can login into the wifi hotspot and view in realtime what scope sees. When doing so, you can record video and take photo that is saved to tvision app.

My issue is with method one. How do i review these photos and video. Can i only see internally recorded pics/video when scope is directly to my computer? I see no way to access internal memory files on the tvision app!

Method 2 during my testing, i was able to save a picture and video. The jepeg saves correctly into my photos app on my iphone 13. But any time i attempt to save a video, it appears like it is saving, but no video is saved to the photos app. Any ideas how to fix this?

Third issues. When/how are you suppose to use the reticle vs trajectory? I believe the reticle function is what i use to zero the scope. But i have no idea how or when i should use the trajectory function

It would like to have my zero at 23m, 50m, 75m, 100m, and 150m

1. whenever i select one of the 5 distances. It reverts my desired reticle to option 1
2. When using reticle my crosshairs is directly centered in the display, but when using trajectory, the crosshairs is now in the upper right quadrant on my display unless i push the zoom button.

THE guy did the opposite on the Y axis that he did on the X axis. That doesnt make sense.
