Enrolling in Brand Registry with a pending trademark is currently an invitation-only pilot program available in the U.S. and India. To join the waitlist, review the eligibility requirements and complete the web form below. We will review your waitlist request and notify you when you can start the Brand Registry application process.

You may apply to be considered for this pilot program if you meet the following eligibility criteria:

1) Your brand has a trademark that is pending registration with trademark offices in the U.S. or India
2) You have an active Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central account

Hello, My Amazon Guy. Perhaps this is a stupid question but let me ask whether we can use some of the Brand Registry features in different categories from originally the brand has been registered? Let's say the original brand has been registered under the Home&Garden categories but using the same brand name for Kitchen items. Thanks for your clarification on this!

How much you will charge for doing brand registery because I apply and Amazon is taking alot up time when I open case with Amazon he reply me and said brand registery will take 45 days now our inventory are in FBA now we are stuck here

hi thank you for the content. I will be selling soon in about a month, but what happens if the logo that I designed is already taken by someone else? But this does not mean everyone who has their own logo has to be registered for trademark? how does that work?

Only caveat is that once Amazon replies with invitation to apply, the link they send only allows for a registration number NOT the pending serial number. As a result, I can’t get mine through and Amazon keeps responding that I need a ‘registered’ trademark. You only get that once it is no longer pending. How have you gotten past this?

Hello, Ive done this last week by registering a brand in India and applied to enroll it in Usa.
After invitation I was not able since they linking me enrollmemt for India marketplace even if I choose Usa. Not sure if was a mistake or maybe amz does not allow indian pending trademark to enroll in Usa.
However from requirments as you listed above it says that amazon accept india and usa trademark.
Ive contacted them multiple time with no solution to fix it and no explanation at all.
What do you think about it?

Since the video is about 12 months ago. Does the caveat still exist? If an account already has 1 brand registered on Amazon and I want to file a pending trademark for a different brand, will it work for brand registry for 6+/- months?

On amazon If I put in the pending trademark registration number and show my branded product I intend to sell does that mean when I create my first listing I don’t have to go through error 5665?
