I like how William Lane Craig put it when asked the same question. He said something to the effect of ‘God is an infallible barometer, he always knows the weather but he doesn’t cause it.’

This clearly works, but I've explained this exact concept to atheists before and they freak out and say like no, that can't work

I used to be an atheist and very skeptical of Christianity, but I never acted that crazy

And therefore we must always pray that we will make the right choice in Him. Jesus Christ thank you for lighting the path to You!

Yeah this is the one thing that I've never understood why people don't think of- I completely believe in fate in the sense that what is going to happen in the future will always happen, but that we still choose to make that happen. God knows what will happen, and even if he says that "this person will do this tomorrow" it wouldn't be because we were literally forced to, we would still be choosing to do it

That last thought is interesting and mind shattering, but at the same times fate and free will is a contradiction and even if god cant forsee our last choice he could see that in creating us many of us would not want to follow him so if he loved us all equally he wouldnt play favourites

Budhism says that our soul acts before us, and because God knows our soul, maybe that's how He knows. And in this way we have free will and our Father knows what will happen. Amen.

Just like God can choose, when to use his destructive power, he can also choose, win to use his power of foreknowledge or his creative power

And knowing that not everyone will worship him, some because there's no evidence, some because they couldn't have known about him, he willingly created hell, your god is definitely not a sadistic psychopath, nope, not at all.

Scientifically we are all in different points of time so we do not have free will

I don’t know I feel like this one will be answered when/if we ever find a.) another dimension or b.) a parallel universe cause if we can prove a parallel doesn’t exist then god has to exist and we have to have free will and like said he would live out of time so what we see as next week to him is literally a picture drawn out for him and it’s more of like a garnet from steven universe he can see every move you could possibly make and every outcome that could possibly happen meaning no matter what you take your still gonna come to one of many outcomes but if a parallel does exist it wouldn’t make sense cause then is parallel me the same soul how does repenting my sins work if there’s someone out there doing the opposite of what i’m doing or maybe the same things but not with positive intent

We read in Genesis 5:3-“And Adam lived an hundred and thirty years, and begat a son in his own likeness, after his image; and called his name Seth:” Because Adam’s whole posterity has his sinful nature we were made sinners first at conception and therefore cannot approach God even from the beginning. 2nd Corinthians 3:18-"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord." So all of Adam’s seed, in their fallen state, are not made in the image of God but in the image of sinful man, until they are changed by the Holy Spirit in the new birth. What most Christians don’t understand is that Adam was created in the image of God being sinless, but because Adam sinned we inherit his fallen nature and from conception we are not in the image of God. So because we are all in the fallen image of Adam from conception there is no spiritual seed in us as we are in a spiritually dead condition. The entirety of the Christian denominational world says, among other things, “All God wants you to do is just believe!” Well, there’s a lot wrong with those statements because no spirituality can be summoned from within ourselves as we are dead sin trespasses and sins. The spiritual seed, who is Christ, is planted in the recipient thus enabling their spiritual capability. 1st Peter 1:23-“Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.” The “word of God” mentioned here is the Living Word Jesus Christ. Nobody can go to Christ unless they are drawn by Him in the new birth (John 6:37-39, 44, 65).

You cannot have fate and free will. The words directly oppose.

Doesn’t that mean everything is still predetermined? Is there any way that we can do something that god doesn’t know we are going to do? The problem isn’t how god knows what we’re going to do. It’s the fact that we’re not actually able to change that in any way. We can’t surprise your god because anything we do, he will know about it. That’s not free will, that’s a predetermined destiny. A script that we’re just acting out.

Doesn't even understand his own argument. Having knowledge, even universal knowledge, doesn't necessarily constrain someone's actions or eliminate their ability to make choices. In the context of a belief in an infinitely knowledgeable God, it's frequently argued that God's omniscience doesn't negate human free will. Instead, it's seen as the ability to know all possible outcomes and choices that individuals might make, without influencing or determining those choices. In this view, God's knowledge doesn't dictate actions but rather encompasses all possible actions and outcomes

Unknown unknowns are an inherent part of knowledge because they represent the expanse of information and understanding that lies beyond our current awareness. We can aim to expand our knowledge and uncover new truths, there will always be aspects of reality that remain outside the scope of our understanding. These unknown unknowns serve as a humbling reminder of the limits of knowledge and the complexity of the reality and what may be beyond. The irony behind the truth that there can be things we don't know we aren't aware of is that that premise alone defeats omniscience

This video is a joke

“You have free will to worship me but if you don’t I will send you to hell for eternity”
That’s literally just a dictator

God being outside of time watching what we currently do does not work. Why ? Because God could not watch what we are currently doing before He created the World. It is obvious that we didn’t exist.

If God knew in His mind prior to creation that I would do X, then I do not have the freedom of will to not do X. Thus, no free will.

Cliff does not understand this nor do a whole host of Christian Apologists understand it.
