seems like a good buy, I just don't like the f stop. I've been running the 35mm f2 sigma for the most part on my s9. which isn't too much bigger than this one.

Firmware updates for s9 s5 and g9 coming and nothing for gh7..😿 i was hoping for at least 4k50 open gate or 5.8k50 open gate as the camera really needs open gate slomo like the gh5 had allready.

Nice video man ! Thanks for sharing. Love my S9, but I don't think this lens is for me. The zoom on there, even as small as it is...and the aperture range, just not my style. I can see people getting this lens for travel tho, for sure.

I probably would have purchased this if it had released with the s9. I like the idea of 1 lens for hiking or travel, but in the meantime i bought 17mm and 45mm compact sigma primes. If Panasonic had gone more premium, i could justify trading in the sigmas. I'll probably pass.

Jerky zooming, warping at the edges, I`ll stick with the Sigma 45mm 2.8, a far superior lens.
