#1703 - HadinEEON Immersion Cooker/ Sous Vide CUBED STEAK

I sous vided my marinated, vacuum sealed, & frozen, cubed steaks for 3 hours @ 147 degrees F. I finished them off in in gravy in my NuWave Brio Air Fryer Grill Pan, (inside a container to hold the gravy), for 20 minutes @ 400 degrees F. (covered in foil)
I also used my Aroma Rice Cooker in this video. My cubed steak was very tender and well seasoned with my use of the mustard marinade before vacuum sealing. Thanks for watching and please thumbs UP!
