Dinner is done!  I tend to overcook pork chops making sure they're done. These look melt in your mouth tender. TFS!

That meal looks amazing. Ms. B, Sous Vide is an amazing way to cook. If you ever get a chance to do a turkey breast (not the Butterball one) but cut right from a turkey. I did one a couple of weeks ago, sous vide for 24 hours. I can honestly say I’ve never had a turkey breast quite like it. Love your hair also.

That looked really good. The other day I was watching someone Sous vide chicken and then deep fried it with a buttermilk batter (I’m guessing you can use whatever you want to batter). Fried it just long enough to crisp the batter on the chicken. What do you think? I’m here for you trying it with wings! Thanks for sharing! 💕
