Excellent lecture. It's a shame so much effort is put into predicting failure but so little effort is put into education about minimizing failure. At a minimum, they should be teaching that crystals and stones from oxalate and uric acid do massive damage to the tubules. Solution? Stay hydrated, avoid low oxalate foods like spinach and almonds, and maintain a neutral urine pH near 7.0, possibly adding KetoCitra. Also, diabetes and obesity are huge risk factors. Solution? Avoid sugar and high glycemic carbs to maintain metabolic health. Eat clean keto and do intermittent fasting. For the best outcome (as I've been doing).
