A New Shifting Experience Plus Tips

A new shifting experience this morning, and a lucid dream earlier in the week that happened simultaneously with a pure consciousness experience. I'm beginning to believe that sometimes lucid dreams contain elements of AP and Shifting. As always, if you have thoughts, questions, or experiences to share, please leave them in the comments below, and if you enjoyed this video please leave a like.

I love listening to your journeys and experiences. Ever since I started listening to your videos two years ago, it has inspired me to look within myself and try and explore on my own. I’ve only been able to project once. I want to keep learning how to shift and project. Your videos are amazing! Keep exploring🙏🏽

This was quite inspiring! Thanks for sharing. I recently had a lucid dream and in the dream I intended to open a door to my desired reality. It did not happen lol. I opened another door and it was just more dream (and kinda weird lol). However, I already have some idea of why (a block in a sense) based on the nature of that dream, and how I'll work on it for the future:

Your expression of how much you enjoyed different parts of it encourages me too, and one thing I'm going to work on is bringing love into it and excitement when I have the lucid dream opportunity again.

And good insights on the subredits. I'm not active there but once I found out about shifting I've been perusing. I may look over the lucid dream to DR again... maybe there's something else that would assist.

Beautiful and interesting experience. Thanks again!

I agree, I’ve only be able to project when it’s completely silent. I still do the wake up go back to sleep with some of Robert Monroe’s techniques. I’m not as good as you are but working on it. My lucid dreams have been amazing, I get to see my mom quite often along with my sister who does t remember being there 😂 it’s common when astral projecting not to remember it. I know lucid dreaming is different then AP but you can launch into AP from a lucid dream.
Thank you for sharing your video and experiences 🎉

you are absolutely right. I shift from lucid dreams, it's the only way I have been able to shift so far. I become aware that I'm dreaming and I let myself physically fall backwards, no matter where I am or what I'm doing in the dream. I fall out of the dream and am flying either in the dark or through a tunnel, the same way you do when shifting. Because I experience one after the other, I can compare both and dreaming and what happens after falling out of the dream feel very different. I have been calling it APing, you call it shifting? Perhaps you are right because I've become lucid finding myself out of body and wandering my home, at which point I let myself fall into that tunnel/feeling of motion as well. So perhaps what I've been calling APing has been shifting all along and I shift from either dreaming or astral projecting. I have no interest visiting a fictional reality or alternate reality, my destination is in this universe but in a different realm/dimension. But perhaps that requires a form of shifting as well. Thank you, you've given me some food for thought. But I just thought I'd let you know that yes, shifting/APing is very possible from a lucid dream and the feeling between both is very different. Good luck on your journeys!

Same here, silence is the key. I have the best experience with silence.

Hi! I think you are right!

I always think wow that DREAM, it was EPIC - it was so REAL, the surfaces of the objects, the smells, everything! WHAAAAT? 😅

But pfff, 😒 it was just a dream, I didn't feel any transitions as everyone writes, it was definitely “JUST” a dream.

😂 But what if that's it! And even if not, I'm actually excited!! It was amazing!

And about the feeling of "rolling my legs off the bed" (this happened to me once) - how can I relax enough to "roll it down"? I had that feeling for quite a long time, such a pleasant massage, then I started to spin, so I was excited just from this adrenaline feeling. 😂 But if the scrolling comes back, I want to experience the slide (i know, i know expanded me know how), I would like to ask if you have experience?

Wish you health, love, and peace of mind. ❤
