It's been 29 years since someone lit the Black Flame Candle and resurrected the 17th-century sisters, and they are looking for revenge. Now, it's up to three high school students to stop the trio of witches from wreaking a new kind of havoc on Salem before dawn on All Hallow's Eve.

Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Kathy Najimy reunite for the highly anticipated Disney Plus Original movie, Hocus Pocus 2. The sequel also stars Doug Jones, Whitney Peak, Lilia Buckingham, Belisa Escobedo, Hannah Waddingham, Tony Hale, Sam Richardson, Juju Brener, Froy Gutierrez, Taylor Paige Henderson, and Nina Kitchen.

Directed by Anne Fletcher and written by Jen D'Angelo, Hocus Pocus 2 will debut on Disney+ on September 30, 2022.

Man, I'm going to miss the outdoor sets. They gave the first one such character and atmosphere. It looks like there are a couple here but that real cemetery is no substitute for the original's studio-bound creation.

It's sad to notice how recent movies and especially Disney ones have very little atmosphere. This just looks and feels like every other 2020's film or Netflix series.

Not the end of the world, but can't say I'm digging the tone here. While the first one seemed kinda goofy and dark at the same time, this seems to wanna go all out on the goofy scale while clearly banking on the nostalgia factor.

Idk what people are 'witching' about its not a remake of an animated Disney movie and the original actors of thr Sandersons are reprising their roles so if that's not a reason to watch the movie idk what is XD
