This now covers the making what was my absolute favourite all time show depressing and bad lol. Its like my entire life has been a lie regarding everything tv and what i admired.

These thoughts i had about building in bad areas and the idea of it being an incentive to change a neivhbourhoid and entire area with one house wont always work. I thought they covered every possibility often but i did think of that. Where i live big rich builders come in from toronto and build buildings with their proposal that it will change entire area so all low income, poverty, homlessness, addictions and crime will vanish or move along and high income or rich people will take over neighborhood. Those very buildings within a year were roach and bed bug filled and a murder? The high income rich tennants? Ya no.
