RECIPE:
6 cups Fresh or Frozen rhubarb, chopped
1 Cup White sugar
2 tablespoons water
-Mix ingredients together. Boil gently and stir frequently for 15 minutes until rhubarb is softened.
-Store in the refrigerator for up to a week, freeze in a sealed container, or can in mason jars in a hot water bath for 10 minutes to create a seal.
