Stewed Rhubarb #shorts

- This bunch of rhubarb was on the $1 table at my grocer, so I had to do something with it
- If I think about it, this dessert probably cost about $4 for two people, not bad.

Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of rhubarb
- 1 orange, zest and juice
- 50g sugar
- 2tsp water
- 2 scoops vanilla ice-cream

Method:
1. Combine all ingredients, except ice-cream into a pot
2. Let simmer for 5 minutes, or until rhubarb is tender, but not falling apart
3. Remove rhubarb from pot and set aside
4. Strain remaining liquid and add back to pot
5. Reduce liquid and pour over rhubarb
6. Top with ice-cream
