Jeremy, I work for Costco. I have the last 18 years. I have been a supervisor there for 6 years out of the 18 and have worked in membership the last 9 years.

I would not recommend hedging against Costco. I do agree that the PE Ratio is high and one of the highest it has been in years, but we will grow into soon.

Price for membership is going up in September. We are also going to be opening over 20 stores next year, in line with what we have been doing year after year. I think all that has been priced in as well as our company being a defensive stock. I feel like the odds would be against your favor if you hedge against Costco.


Lastly, Warren Buffet sold his position about 2 years ago and unfortunately we lost Charlie Munger who was on the board... I think that opens up an opportunity for a stock split since Warren and Charlie did not care for stock splits.

The thing many seem to be missing from the chart is that once the fed stops cutting, thats when we see the blow off top in btc. So the scenario would be a setup for a double bubble, first peak before the rate cuts, than down as they are cutting and then another peak as they are paused at near 0%. This would likely be the hardest to trade bit it would be right on shedule for a late 2025 top as is to be expected from a normal cycle....currently I've been engaged in active trading, which is generally safer, allowing investors to weather market volatility and also managed to grow a nest egg of around 2.3Bitcoin to a decent 24Bitcoin....I'm especially grateful to Sandy Barclays, whose deep expertise and traditional trading acumen have been invaluable in this challenging, ever-evolving financial landscape.
