My favorite is broccoli sprouts hydroponically in a sprouter machine (don't even have to soak seeds), just fill reservoir with water & the timer/mister takes care of the rest. Since harvesting in 5-7 days don't need to worry about nutrient water because the seed provides what it needs. Great for salads, even as a pizza topping. If you have too many freeze them & perfect for smoothies.

I grow sprouts from quite a wide variety of seeds and mostly just cilantro microgreens. My favourite sprouts include garlic chives, radish (including daikon), mustard and alfalfa. I'm going to have to look for that cinnamon one!

My cilantro didn't germinate. Do they take longer than others? I'm not seeing anything. Started May 11th. All other seeds I started have greens except for the cilantro.
