I've been trying for two days to assemble mine & I'm about to place it on the nearest raildroad tracks.

Seems like no one noticed that the man mounted the chain backwards - so the tool will not work properly (with or without oil).

An ignorant not indicating the tension on the chain after tightening!! Very important for the life of chain/ bar.

Mine still wont tighten at all, I followed step by step but even as I press the base and turn the screw all the way, the chain is still loose and wont tighten. Its a brand new saw too

No its put together correctly according to instructions and video. I would like to return it for a refund. Please let me know the process.

Why is it that everybody thinks the music is more important than actually zeroing in so you can see what screw that is and why it doesn't look like it's in the same place as mine, etc etc?

So frustrating! I’ve watched this video 5 times. Manual is no help either. This costs too much to not have some really good instructions and/or video!
