I am working on a project to use up my skincare. I have an obscene amount. It’s over 200 items!! (Lots of minis and sample sizes from subscriptions that I have since stopped.)
I’m using eye cream on my face and face cream as body lotion!! Keeping track of my empties in a box. I’m putting a check mark with a sharpie on the empty products I LOVED. So far there are only 3!!

One is DHC cleansing oil. No matter what I use I always come back to it. Can’t remember the others.
I’ve been watching your older videos as well - how to stop buying so much, etc. hoping it will sink in lol

Supergoop Unseen always gets in my eyes, too, no matter what (even if I powder the hell outta it!), plus it often burns the skin around my eyes. Thanks for the alternative suggestion.

Definitely need to try that good molecules cleansing balm- I am a fan of that farmacy one and became more of one after I tried the Sephora brand cleansing balm, which felt like it left a film I couldn’t remove for sh**.

The Elf cleansing balm is a dupe of the Farmacy one. I felt like the Good Molecules one seemed waxy? It did work, though.

Totally agree with what you said about necessaire. Although my beef is less with necessaire and more with "clean beauty" marketing. I feel like they try to be luxurious and good smelling to give the luxury experience but also try to sell themselves as sensitive skin friendly. Although honestly they are not really THAT sensitive skin friendly ( Vanicream and cerave be better). So they're only selling point is being "clean" 🙄

Your empties videos are my absolute favorite, I always rewatch numerous times. You have me OBSESSED with the L'occitane Almond Milk Concentrate and body oil. If you haven't already tried it, I highly recommend the Ouai Melrose Place body cream since you're a fan of rose. The matching perfume is excellent too!

I think “psych ward” is dramatizing what it is and making it seem more intimidating than what it is. In the psychiatry world we steer clear of those words. Behavioral centers are just like staying in a hospital just with intensive therapy and monitoring. We see this every day. “I’m not going to a psych ward, that’s for crazy people”. People like to envision it to be like what they see in movies. I’m happy you had a positive experience and do hope you share your experience to encourage people to seek help if needed. Hopefully it will help the stigma these facilities get and not make it seem to people like they’re “crazy” if you’re in one. Some of the craziest people are not found in those facilities. They’re walking around going about their lives denying that they have mental health issues, and will swear up and down that they will never go to a “psych ward with all the crazies”. And THAT’S what should be scary to people.

I recommend incorporating urea into your face/body skin care. Kerasal has a GREAT urea foot cream that literally gets rid of and prevents callouses with consistent use. Eucerin has a great body cream with urea and when it comes to urea face products I recommend K and J products like the sukoyaka suhada urea moisturizing toner. Hadalabo has a great affordable cleansing oil.

Hi, check out QVC for tatcha products they always have really good deals 😀 I notice the same thing with self tanner on my neck and chest I think I look younger without it too lol
