The interviewe looked somewhat superficial. How she is able to make returns using fno, what is the capital deployed in market? I e. What percentage returns actually make 60k. These are some important questions that could have enlightened the viewers

All these kind of fire stuff seem unrealistic 1) Which bank is giving you 80% loan for land purchase
2) At BTM you managed to clear all loan in 2.5yrs? And most importantly btm was not prime in 2017. Are you serious?
3) To save 10lac in taxes you should have made profit of nothing less than 60lac...which is unlikely in a residential, given litigated property also.
