??? SOS: Contacted several HR people at a firm where there are several openings in my field, asking for reference to the Marketing HR recruiter. No response. Applied for 2 positions. Stuck in ATS. Should I outreach to a marketing exec at random who might be in charge of one of the openings and boss hunt? What’s my next best step. Very large company???

??? When receiving a job offer (and I expect it to be low balled;-(), is it appropriate to say that you have to check with other pending searches for where you stand in the process? Does that annoy the firm that made the offer???? TX???
