Shouldn't the solving method in solver be "Simplex LP" instead of "GRG Nonlinear"?

Hi. If the question is asking to do a linear programming model and show the spreadsheet template, is it mean that I have to name the constraints instead of just typing 'constraint 1, 2, 3'? Or it is based on the question?

What if instead of 11 units of carbohydrate there is 11% of carbohydrate? Do we need to write same 11% or 0.11?
