Gallery Aaldering is a family owned business since 1975 and offers a one stop experience for car enthusiasts of all sorts and ages. With a staggering and constantly changing collection of over 350 cars, Gallery Aaldering is the largest classic car company in Europe.

Nico Aaldering started the company in 1975, fuelled by his love for classic cars and his son Nick shares this passion. Together they lead and develop the company on a daily basis.

Ah yes, I remember it well! These Bentleys are an acquired taste to drive, once you become accustomed to the 4-speed automatic transmission, they can be a very delightful car to drive at a leisurely pace. I love the one I drove, back last century!! MANY thanks for sharing this memory and take care.

Remember that the R Type is just a Mk.6 with small improvments. If all else is equal they are worth no more than a Mk.6 so don't pay a silly price for one. That said they are a delight to drive and a good entry into classic motoring.

Als klein kind stond ik mij altijd te vergapen aan de Bentley van de notaris, die 1 straat verder zijn kantoor had. 'Ga de ramen maar schoonmaken' riep hij vanuit de deur, terwijl hij een emmer water buiten neerzette met een spons en een echte leren zeem. Dan mocht ik altijd mee in een ritje naar een klant en als hij bij de klant was, kreeg ik een poetslap voor het chroom om de grille te poetsen, zo ben ik met dit type Bentley 'opgegroeid'
