You fix social security over night if you lift the cap. There is a million ways to make social security totally solvent.

IF WE NEVER DO A THING, PEOPLE WILL RECEIVE 80% OF THEIR BENEFITS. Only 20% in insolvent and if you placed a small tax on stock trades you could fix it overnight
