So, what do we do when 1/3 of Congress will only vote on things that bring our government closer to collapse? They are not interested in solving problems, they're interested in creating problems because their base thrives on the drama. I don't think working together and solving problems even applies when you're dealing with a group of people who are rooting for failure.

The problem here is how we got so divided, again propaganda, corruption, criminality, thirst for power by one man, the taking from the poor to benefit the wealthy.
From my perspective, someone else needs to make changes for we the people, because we are going to be financially devastated if this continues going the way it’s headed.

This is deflection. When a ruler calls others in the other party "enemies". When a ruler refuses to lead by engaging in name calling, what would the followers do? Unfortunately, money has taken over American politics. And why not talk about how the funding of government was halted by men who are insisting on dividing the country. This is not the time for playing ostrich.

I'm a liberal Democrat. I have been saved at pivotal points in my life by people, individuals, who are Republicans. I mean saved in a very real sense. The realest sense.

Why don't you talk about the "missing" Republican congresswoman Caty Granger who disappeared for 6 months and nobody talked about. She is in a Dementia house. The corporate midia doesn't pay attention to many things happening in the House and Congress.

As a Canadian I see your two parties are more similar to each other than the three major parties are in ours. Your Democratic party is far more conservative than our Liberal party and it's pretty funny watching the conflict. The truth is all Americans want a lot of the same things: low unemployment, safe cities, a good standard of living... Both parties want those things.
