How to Pass The Real Estate Exam in 2022 (Guaranteed)

In this video, I will go through the easiest way to pass your real estate exam on the first try! These are the methods I used to pass my own real estate licensing exam, and I am confident that with these tips, you can EASILY pass.

I highly recommend it if you are looking for the best way to study for the real estate exam - It is cheap but super effective, and they have thousands of practice questions, which I recommend if you want to pass your test the first try. Can't stress how important getting exam prep like this is.

The common misconception that wastes a lot of time is that you need to read each and every word on the real estate course. This is false - I passed the test easily and I mostly skimmed the material. Now, reading the entire text will 100% help you pass the test, but it isn't the best use of your time. So hopefully that alone saves you 30+ hours on your course.

We'll talk about the best strategy to pass your real estate exam (using practice questions), study tips, what content to study, and how many hours per day to spend.

Honestly, the test is not too hard and if you study using this guide, I can pretty much guarantee you'll pass on the first try. This test is just like any other state exam - you can learn to take it, review practice questions that closely mimic the real exam, and understand how they word the questions.

Getting your real estate license is quite easy and you should be able to get it in most states in about 90 days!

I took my California Exam and passed first time around- Key- know your vocabulary!! Then take a week and only go over all the practice tests in your principle book and ONLY the CORRECT answers and YOU WILL PASS. memorize 1000 questions? come on. know your VOCAB KEY!!! prep agent is a great resource. only put correct info in your brain. I passed Tennessee State first try. Now I have to take the real National exam for all the other states. California has their own.... jeeeezzzz you got this.

I 100% approve of this message. Get a test question bank and study a couple hours a day. When you get a question wrong find out why you got the question wrong. You do this for a month you’re going to crush the test the first time!

Retaking every quiz and test on real estate express and then taking a any re test i could find online definitely prepared me for the test. Passed first time and there was nothing I hadn't seen b4 albeit worded slightly differently
