He is taking the average velocity from Sprint 1 to Sprint 4 as 35. And for 35 velocity, capacity is 270. Based on this, Sprint 5 is calculated, if the sprint needs to be completed in 265hrs then what is the velocity? So here we know the capacity and the velocity shoild be calculated. We get the ans by calculating 35/270*265 =34.

270 = the average of capacity of S1-S4

formula:
(avg. velocity/avg capacity ) * (on particular capacity) --> how much velocity team will deliver.
