What about the notion of getting copyright striked due to the usage of someone else’s content? I’m guessing there has to be a lot of additional massaging of the content (i.e. add royalty free b-rolls to overlay on top of the audio) rather than straight up cut ups of someone else’s content entirely.

Is there a free way to take normal video and clip out a video for shorts content that follows the face of the person in the original video who was moving around. They don't always stay centered so when you clip it out for a short video, the subject moves off screen sometimes. Help !
