There's an easier way to do this without needing a hand drawn photo. Take a screen grab of the video you want, turn down the saturation all the way, select the white on your chroma key, take it out so only the black remains, then lay it over an all white surface. Play with opacity, etc. Then do the same zoom in transition above.
