This dessert is prepared very quickly. You can adjust the amount of ingredients to your taste, but I recommend not adding too much oatmeal.

Ingredients:
2 medium sweet potatoes
2–3 tablespoons of honey
3–4 tablespoons of ground oatmeal
3–4 drops of vanilla
2–3 tablespoons of sugar-free peanut butter (if the peanut butter contains sugar, skip the honey)

Boil the sweet potatoes, peel them, mix with all the ingredients, and roll into balls. Done!
