Our Two Week Trip to Japan

In November of 2023 I went on one of the best trips of my life to…Japan!
My girlfriend and I visited for two weeks and we had an absolute blast. We visited Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka as well as two day trips to Nara and Kobe. In this video I talk about my experience and what I learned there.

It also makes me realise how little Japanese food I've had. Some of those savoury dishes look really good - especially at 5:50.

Regarding renting a car and drive in Japan. Overall, it's not worth the money. There will be toll charges, limited parking spaces (in metro cities and it's not free to park anywhere). Public transit is your best option. However, if you just want the experience of driving in Japan go for it. Spend a few days driving outside of the city. Learn the sign posts and driving regulations. Ex. you are not allow to turn left (in usa is right) on a red light. Must wait for the green light.
