Starting in a side plank from elbow position with body in a straight line from head thru ankles. Raise your opposite arm straight up towards the ceiling for the start position. From here you will bring that arm forward and try to reach around under your body as far as you can control without losing the position, and then rotate back up to the starting position. It is important that your head rotates to stay in line with your spine as your body rotates. A common fault in this position is a hip hinge and not maintaining the straight full body. Ensure you are using your glutes and activating thru your entire core to maintain a strong posture.
