This challenge as been so exciting and fun! I loved it! Stretching is the perfect way to end it. I’m so proud of myself for completing it. I didn’t think I’d be able to in the beginning but I did! Thank you so much Anna! I hope there will be another challenge like this, love you Anna! 💕

I realised smth today: Anna doesn't name her videos "abs in 14 days", "slim legs in 3 weeks", etc. And this is so comforting to me and eases the pressure, I was not even conscious of it. Now I work out trying to build strength, to be able to do push ups, hold a star plank, etc. But I don't expect or want abs or anything like this, I just enjoy working out and being able to move my body.
I was just thinking that I started doing home workouts during pandemic cause I couldn't sleep well, I was not looking to loose weight or change how I look (I just wanted my sleep back). But most of the videos I did promised (often unrealistic) results so my brain kind of expected them; surprise and shock, I didn't had abs after 4 weeks of training, less after 2. So I ended disappointed even though I made progress in body strength and mental health. It was just the unnecessary pressure those promises made me put myself through.
Bref, small thing the name of the videos, but it alleviates the pressure and helps build a safe environment to work out for ourselves and our growth as we see it and want it (not as society tries to impose it to us).
Let's be proud of us, of our efforts this last 4 weeks and of our development! We deserve to love and appreciate ourselves!

Now the challenge is already over. I've gotten so much better in four weeks! The challenge made me realize that I'm so strong and definitely can move my body every day! It made me feel so much better.

During every move, each 50 seconds, I was able to give in to the stretches and loosen my tightness. And by the time the forward fold at the end came, I was surprisingly able to fold forward almost completely! This was such an excellent routine for my tight tendons and tight back Anna. Thank you SO much for this entire series plus this best stretch ever! ❤❤❤❤

I started a bit later, but tomorrow will be my Day 28. This challenge has been amazing! I’ve completed all the workouts so far—some were really tough, but I loved every moment. I truly appreciate what Anna is doing, the way she designs her workouts, and her kind and inspiring personality.

I also love that there are no ads in the videos—no interruptions, just pure focus! Thank you so much! I’ll be looking forward to a new series.

Thank you so much for this incredible workout challenge! I’ve just completed the last day, and I feel so much stronger. Throughout this journey, the biggest challenge for me was actually mental! 😂😂 With the busy pace of work and life, I thought I wouldn’t be able to spare even 30 minutes for exercise, but I realized that if you truly believe, you can always find a way. Even when I felt tired at times, I surrendered to the amazing feeling that comes after a workout. 🥰🥰
