Hence why I used to _hate_ having to turn my phone off and on, or when it would actually just die from lack of charge. The most excruciating minute of wait to turn it back on XD

I love how the shining effect on Apple’s slide to unlock text and Android text gets synced up

Same feeling of impatience I get when you’re in the middle of using your phone and it dies, so you plug it in and wait for the Apple logo.

Ngl the first android turning on is actually quicker than my current phone.

Edit:I tested it to see how long it took. IT TOOK ONE MINUTE AND THIRTY-FIVE SECONDS TO TURN ON!

Update 11/26/21: I got a new phone two months ago and it is so much faster and turns on in like 30 seconds or less. The phone also fried its insides cause it would start up and then immediately shut off and then turn itself back on and repeat.

The fact that my new phone takes even longer to boot-

When I saw my first android in a store in 2010, it was $450. I asked the dude, what is the point in buying this which is like at least 200 more than a symbian touch phone. He said you can install software. What he meant was gmail, fruit slash etc. But it boomed.
