Original iPhone vs. iPhone 12 Speed Test

Speed test between the original iPhone (aka iPhone 2G) and the iPhone 12 to see how just much faster today's iPhones are in comparison.

TEST NOTES:
- We were only able to use the preinstalled apps due to the original iPhone's incompatibility with today's modern apps. These preinstalled apps are extremely lightweight. On almost any modern smartphone, you'd hardly notice any difference in loading speeds. Even then, compared to the original iPhone the difference is significant.
- We conduct multiple trials on each device to get the most accurate and consistent results possible.
- Devices are tested with a robotic arm in a controlled environment, with temperature readings after each trial to account for thermal throttling.

Damn I wish my original iPhone looked this pristine. I still have mine but there are a few small scratches and a small dent in the corner. Hard to believe that I didn't use a case on the first iPhone, and even harder to believe that I never cracked the display or did any serious damage. I think the smaller phones were just easier to hold securely.
