Thank you brother! Removing the battery worked on my acer laptop. Even setting the bios did not help! I updated keyboard and touchpad drivers, no luck. Restored windows 11 and restored it back to Windows 10 even that didn't work. But now both keyboard and touchpad working! Thank you!

I had the same problem. When I did what was taught in the video, my problem was solved for about a week, and then the problem reappeared. Now the problem is permanent and cannot be solved even with the method taught in the video. Of course, I would like to thank this channel for providing excellent and comprehensive training.

THANK YOU! I have not been able to use my Toshiba Satellite keyboard or touchpad for a couple of years, just got by with external ones - tried lots of recommended "fixes" but not until I found your video did anything help! I found I had to unplug from AC power, remove battery for a minute or so, put back in and only then could I get into BIOS and restore default settings. Now everything works!

Man, I've tried drivers, safe mode, uninstalling things here and there, settings, bios update, cmos reset, cleaning the whole keyboard and after removing the battery then plug it back after a few minutes made everything work, thank you so much sorin. ❤

Thanks a lot my friend. It works. Actually I removed the battery and used for many weeks by directly plugging the supply without battery. And suddenly my keyboard didn't work. When I saw this video and boot my system with my battery, the keyboard start working. Eventhough the fix is very simple, your knowledge for the fix is great.

Thankyou! cant believe it actually worked.
The amount of drivers and settings and messing around I've done.
When windows login screen came on it moved and worked, then when on dekstop on I realised i had to enable touchpad on (fn f5) again because of all the messing round previously haha. But it was there. Working. Brilliant thank you!
